Joriy yilning On September 27 this year, a meeting was held with representatives of the delegation headed by the First Vice-President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) – Jurgen Rigterink. The meeting was also attended by Managing Director of EBRD – Jujanna Hargitai, Head of the EBRD Office in Uzbekistan – Alkis Drakinos, Secretary General of the EBRD – Bernd Traxler, Head of the Compliance Control Department, and from the Republic of Uzbekistan Jamshid Kuchkarov – Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan – Minister of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan – Timur Ishmetov, Chairman of the Central Bank – Mamarizo Nurmuratov and Acting Director of Public-Private Partnership Development Agency – Zokir Bozorov.
During the meeting, topics such as the privatization of state-owned banks and state-owned enterprises, decarbonization and green growth, in particular, the transition to a green economy, the reduction of methane emissions, the creation of green cities, were discussed, as well as the development of the capital market, projects implemented in cooperation with the EBRD, including PPP projects in the field of energy, education and transport, in the field of mining, development of the mining industry, etc.
Also at the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the development of small and medium-sized businesses, the acceleration of digitalization processes, and mutual cooperation in this area.
During the meeting, a mandate agreement was signed between the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Ministry of Finance and Public-Private Partnership Development Agency on the establishment of a Fund for the Development of Public-Private Partnership Projects of Uzbekistan.

Uchrashuv davomida davlat banklari va davlat korxonalarini xususiylashtirish, dekorbonizatsiya va yashil o‘sish, xususan, yashil iqtisodiyotga o‘tish, metan emissiyasini kamaytirish, yashil shaharlarni tashkil etish, shuningdek, kapital bozorini rivojlantirish, YeTTB bilan hamkorlikda amalga oshirilayotgan loyihalar, shu jumladan, energetika, ta’lim va transport sohasida davlat xususiy sherikligi asosida amalga oshirilayotgan loyihalar, tog‘-kon sanoatini rivojlantirish masalalari muhokama qilindi.
Shuningdek, uchrashuvda tomonlar kichik va o‘rta tadbirkorlik sohasini rivojlantirish, raqamlashtirish jarayonlarini jadallashtirish hamda ushbu sohadagi o‘zaro hamkorlik aloqalari yuzasidan fikr almashdilar.
Uchrashuv doirasida Yevropa tiklanish va taraqqiyot banki hamda Moliya vazirligi va Davlat xususiy sherikligini rivojlantirish agentligi o‘rtasida O‘zbekiston davlat xususiy sheriklik loyihalarini rivojlantirish fondini tashkil etish yuzasidan mandat bitimi imzolandi.
Uchrashuv so‘nggida tomonlar o‘zaro aloqalarni rivojlantirish hamda yuqoridagi masalalar yuzasidan hamkorlikni yanada kengaytirishga kelishib oldilar.[:ru]
27 сентября этого года состоялась встреча с представителями делегации во главе с первым вице-президентом Европейского банка реконструкции и развития Юргеном Ригтеринк. На встрече приняли участие Жужанна Харгитаи, Управляющий директор Европейского банка реконструкции и развития, Глава представительства ЕБРР в Узбекистане, Алкис Дракинос, Кахугихо Когучи, Генеральный секретарь ЕБРР, Бернд Тракслер, Начальник отдела комплаенс-контроля, а также от Республики Узбекистан Жамшид Кучкаров, заместитель Премьер-министра Республики Узбекистан – Министр экономического развития и сокращения бедности, Министр финансов Республики Узбекистан Тимур Ишметов, Председатель Центрального банка Мамаризо Нурмуратов и и.о. Директора Агентства по развитию государственно-частного партнерства Зокир Бозоров.
В ходе встречи обсуждались такие темы, как приватизация государственных банков и государственных предприятий, декарбонизация и «зеленый» рост, в частности, переход к зеленой экономике, сокращение выбросов метана, создание зеленых городов, а также обсуждались вопросы развития рынка капитала, проекты, реализуемые в сотрудничестве с ЕБРР, в том числе проекты ГЧП в сфере энергетики, образования и транспорта, в сфере добычи полезных ископаемых, развития горнодобывающей отрасли и т.д.
Также на встрече стороны обменялись мнениями по вопросам развития малого и среднего бизнеса, ускорения процессов цифровизации, взаимного сотрудничества в этой сфере.
В рамках встречи было подписано мандатное соглашение между Европейским банком реконструкции и развития, Министерством финансов и Агентством развития государственно-частного партнерства о создании Фонда развития проектов государственно-частного партнерства Узбекистана.
В завершение встречи стороны договорились о развитии взаимоотношений и дальнейшем расширении сотрудничества по вышеуказанным вопросам.[:]
