The State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Ecology and Environmental Protection announces the start of the first stage (repeatedly) of a two-stage (again) tender for the project for the provision of services for the collection, transportation, sorting and processing of household waste on the basis of a public-private partnership in the Surkhandarya region of the Kizirik and Bandikhan districts (1-lot).

Sole proprietors and legal entities wishing to participate in the tender must submit the documents attached below on the preliminary qualifications assessment documentation in a sealed envelope with the name of the project, as well as with the inscription “To the Tender Committee for determining the winner of the tender for the right to conclude the Public-Private Partnership Agreement for the collection, transportation, sorting and recycling of household waste”, to the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Ecology and Environmental Protection, and also the copy of the application (without attachments) to the Public-Private Partnership Development Agency under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, by may 23, 2022, until 18:00 (Tashkent time).

The basis for the tender: The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Public-Private Partnership” and the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PD-4845 as of 29.09.2020.
