Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 9, 2021 No. 563 “On measures to increase the level of housing provision for students in higher educational institutions of the Republic” on the basis of public-private partnership noted The resolution provides for attracting private investment in the construction and operation of infrastructure to meet the growing needs of higher education establishments.

The Decree provides for attracting private investment in the construction of infrastructure facilities, reconstruction and organization of their operation in order to timely meet the growing needs of higher education institutions.

A private entrepreneur, “Benazir Arkqurilish” LLC, took the initiative to reconstruct, equip and manage a 600-bed hostel at the Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies within the framework of a public-private partnership.

The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Public-Private Partnership” No. ZRU-537 dated May 10, 2019 and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On improving the implementation of public-private partnership projects “risida” 2020 in accordance with Resolution No. 259 dated April 26 concept The project was approved by the Ministry of Agriculture on March 11 this year.
