[:en]In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ЗРУ-537 dated May 10, 2019 «On public-private partnership», with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 26, 2020 No. 259 «On improving the procedure for implementing public-private partnership projects» limited liability «Labi Hovuz» presented an initiative proposal for the reconstruction and operation of a park of culture and recreation in the Gijduvan district of the Bukhara region on the basis of public-private partnership, including the concept of the project.

The project provides for the reconstruction of the Park of Culture and Leisure in the Gijduvan district of the Bukhara region and the installation of new attractions.

The request for the expression of interest of the bidders in participating in the tender and the tender proposal must be submitted by January 26, 2022 by 18.00 Tashkent time.

In accordance with article 17 of the Law «On PPP», in case of receiving a request for expressions of interest and bids, Ministry of Culture will hold a tender to identify a private partner with the participation of a private initiator of the project and interested third parties.[:uz]Oʼzbekiston Respublikasining 2019 yil 10 maydagi “Davlat-xususiy sheriklik toʼgʼrisida»gi OʼRQ-537-son Qonuni, Vazirlar Mahkamasining 2020 yil 26 apreldagi “Davlat-xususiy sheriklik loyihalarini amalga oshirish tartibini takomillashtirish toʼgʼrisida”gi 259-sonli qaroriga asosan “Labi Hovuz” masʼuliyati cheklangan jamiyat tomonidan Buxoro viloyati, G’ijduvon tumanidagi “Madaniyat va istirohat” bog’ini davlat-xususiy sheriklik asosida rekostruksiya qilish va foydalanish boʼyicha tashabbus taklifi, shu jumladan loyiha kontseptsiyasi taqdim etilgan.

Mazkur loyiha, Buxoro viloyati, G’ijduvon tumanidagi “Madaniyat va istirohat” bog’i rekonstruksiya qilinib, yangi atraksionlar o’rnatish rejalashtirilgan.

Tenderda qatnashish uchun tadbirkorlar tomonidan qiziqish bildirish uchun soʼrov va tendr takliflarini 2022 yil 26 yanvar kuniga qadar Toshkent vaqti bilan 18.00 gacha topshirilishi kerak.

“DXSh toʼgʼrisida”gi Qonunning 17-moddasiga binoan, qiziqish bildirish uchun soʼrov va tender takliflari olingan taqdirda, Madaniyat vazirligi tomonidan loyihaning xususiy tashabusskori va qiziqish bildirgan uchinchi tomonlar ishtirokida xususiy sherikni aniqlash uchun tender oʼtkaziladi.[:ru]В соответствии с Законом Республики Узбекистан № ЗРУ-537 от 10 мая 2019 года «О государственно-частном партнерстве», с Постановлением Кабинета Министров Республики Узбекистан от 26 апреля 2020 года № 259 «О совершенствовании порядка реализации проектов государственно-частного партнерства», общество с ограниченной ответственностью “Labi Hovuz” были представлены инициативное предложение по реконструкции и эксплуатации парк культуры и отдыха в Гиждуванском районе Бухарской области на основе государственно-частного партнерства, включая концепцию проекта.

Проект предусматривает реконструкцию Парка культуры и отдыха в Гиждуванском районе Бухарской области и установку новых аттракционов.

Запрос на выражение заинтересованности претендентов в участии в тендере и тендерное предложение необходимо подать до 26 января 2022 года до 18.00 по ташкентскому времени.
