In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. LRU-537 dated May 10, 2019 “On public-private partnership”, and with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 26, 2020
No. 259 “On improving the procedure for implementing public-private partnership projects “As Mega Prima Tex” limited liability company presented an initiative proposal, including the concept of the project, to establish the activities of the “Center of Craftsmen” in the Dangara district of the Fergana region on the basis of public-private partnership.

This project provides for the achievement and implementation of 18,100 meters per year of production of handmade silk fabrics, including excellent velvet weaving based on crafts, by providing employment for 300 women in the “Center of Craftsmen” in the Dangara district of Fergana region, with the introduction of advanced management experience and the experience of a private partner.

The request for the expression of interest of the bidders in participating in the tender and the tender proposal must be submitted by October 9, 2021 until 18.00 Tashkent time.

In accordance with article 17 of the Law “On PPP”, in case of receiving a request for expressions of interest and bids, the Khokimiyat of the Fergana region will hold a tender to identify a private partner with the participation of a private initiator of the project and interested third parties.
