In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. LRU-537 dated May 10, 2019 «On public-private partnership», with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 26, 2020 No. 259 «On improving the procedure for implementing public-private partnership projects» LLC “FRESG STROY MARKET” presented an initiative proposal for the reconstruction, to make amusement places and to do operation in cultural purposes in the «Shimoliy bog’» culture and recreation park which is located the village Gulzar, Angren city, region Tashkent on the basis of public-private partnership, including the concept of the project.
In the project it is planned that park of culture and entertainment named «Shimoliy bog’» culture and recreation park will be constructed and developed in the village Gulzar, Angren city.

In accordance with article 17 of the Law «On PPP», in case of receiving a request for expressions of interest and bids, Government of Angren city will hold a tender to identify a private partner with the participation of a private initiator of the project and interested third parties.

Tenderda qatnashish uchun tadbirkorlar tomonidan qiziqish bildirish uchun soʼrov va tender takliflarini 2022-yil 14-dekabr kuniga qadar topshirilishi kerak.

“DXSh toʼgʼrisida”gi Qonunning 17-moddasiga binoan, qiziqish bildirish uchun soʼrov va tender takliflari olingan taqdirda, Hokimlik tomonidan loyihaning xususiy tashabusskori va qiziqish bildirgan uchinchi tomonlar ishtirokida xususiy sherikni aniqlash uchun tender oʼtkaziladi.
