Decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On approval of the concept of development of the higher education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030” dated October 8, 2019 PF-5847 and Decree No. 563 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures to increase the level of coverage of students in higher education institutions in the Republic” dated September 9,
The decree and the command provide for the attraction of private investment in the work of the organization of the construction and use of infrastructural objects in order to timely provide for the growing needs of higher education institutions.
Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute was offered an initiative proposal by the private initiative “BOURSA NATIONAL” LLC, including a project concept. In this project, it is planned to organize the construction and activities of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute of Jizakh city I.Karimov street 4 house, (0.6 hectares), the building of the student residence, designed for 1200 places on the land.
Decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan on measures to ensure more effective organization of the process of acquisition of rights over land parcels and other immovable property as part of the South Caucasus pipeline expansion project more.In accordance with the decision № 259 of 26 April, the concept of this project was approved by the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute October 7, 2022.
It is planned to provide students of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute with modern comfortable accommodation. Requests and proposals for interested parties to express interest in the implementation of this project must be submitted by November 27, 2022.

In accordance with Article 17 of the law “On civil servants In accordance with Article 17 of the law ”On PPP”, in case of receipt of a request for interest and tenders (proposals), the Ministry of Higher Education will conduct a tender to identify a private partner with the participation of a private initiator and third parties interested in the project.

Farmon va qarorda oliy ta’lim muassasalarining o’sib borayotgan ehtiyojlarini o’z vaqtida ta’minlash maqsadida infratuzilma ob’yektlarini qurish va ulardan foydalanishni tashkil etish ishlariga xususiy investitsiyalarni jalb qilish ko’zda tutilgan.
Jizzax politexnika institutiga xususiy tashabbuskor «BOURSA NATIONAL» MCHJ tomonidan tashabbus taklifi, shu jumladan loyiha konsepsiyasi taqdim etilgan. Mazkur loyihada Jizzax viloyati, Jizzax shahri, Islom Karimov ko‘chasi, 4 uy, Jizzax politexnika instituti hududida, Jizzax politexnika instituti hududida (0.6 gektar) yer maydonida 1 200 o’ringa mo’ljallangan talabalar turar joyi binosini qurish va faoliyatini tashkil etish rejalashtirilgan.
O’zbekiston Respublikasining “Davlat-xususiy sheriklik to’g’risida” 2019-yil 10-maydagi O’RQ-537-son Qonuniga va O’zbekiston Respublikasi Vazirlar Mahkamasining “Davlat-xususiy sheriklik loyihalarini amalga oshirish tartibini takomillashtirish to’g’risida” 2020-yil
26-apreldagi 259-son qaroriga muvofiq mazkur loyihaning konsepsiyasi Jizzax politexnika instituti tomonidan joriy yilning 7 oktyabrida tasdiqlangan.
Jizzax politexnika instituti talabalarini zamonaviy shinam turar joy bilan ta’minlash rejalashtirilgan.
Ushbu loyihani amalga oshirishda manfaatdor tomonlar qiziqish bildirish uchun so’rov va takliflarini 2022-yil 27-noyabrgacha topshirishlari lozim.

Указом Президента Республики Узбекистан от 8 октября 2019 года № ПФ-5847 «Об утверждении Концепции развития системы высшего образования Республики Узбекистан до 2030 года» и Постановление Кабинета Министров от 9 сентября 2021 года № 563 «О мерах по повышению уровня обеспеченности студенческим жильем в высших учебных заведениях» предусмотрено ускорение развития материально-технической базы высших учебных заведений на основе государственно-частного партнерства и строительство студенческого жилья.
В целях своевременного обеспечения растущих потребностей высших образовательных учреждений указом и постановлением предусмотрено привлечение частных инвестиций в строительство и организацию эксплуатации объектов инфраструктуры.
В Джизакский политехнический институт поступило инициативное предложение, включающее концепцию проекта, от частного предпринимателя ООО « BOURSA NATIONAL» Данный проект предусматривает строительство и организацию деятельности студенческого общежития на 1 200 мест на земельном участке Джизакский политехнический институт (0,6 га) по адресу: Джизакская область, город Джизак, улица Ислама Каримова, дом 4, Джизакский политехнический институт
В соответствии с Законом Республики Узбекистан от 10 мая 2019 года № УП-537 “о государственно-частном партнерстве” и постановлением Кабинета Министров Республики Узбекистан” О совершенствовании порядка реализации проектов государственно-частного партнерства » на 2020 год
В соответствии с постановлением № 259 от 26 апреля концепция данного проекта была утверждена Джизакский политехнический институт 7 октября текущего года.
Планируется обеспечить студентов Джизакский политехнический институт современным комфортабельным жильем.
Заинтересованные стороны должны представить свои запросы и предложения о заинтересованности в реализации данного проекта до 27 ноября 2022 года.
