[:en]In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. LRU-537 dated May 10, 2019 «On public-private partnership», with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 26, 2020 No. 259 «On improving the procedure for implementing public-private partnership projects» LLC “CHUST EKO PARK” presented an initiative proposal for the reconstruction and operation of a park of culture and recreation named “Movlono Lutfulloh” in the street Charagan, district Chust, region Namangan on the basis of public-private partnership, including the concept of the project.

In the project it is planned that park of culture and entertainment named Mavlono Lutfullo will be constructed and developed in the village Kamarsada, district Chust.

Requests and proposals for interested parties to express interest in the implementation of this project must be submitted by 18:00 Tashkent time September 17, 2022

In accordance with article 17 of the Law «On PPP», in case of receiving a request for expressions of interest and bids, government of Chust will hold a tender to identify a private partner with the participation of a private initiator of the project and interested third parties.[:uz]Oʼzbekiston Respublikasining 2019 yil 10 maydagi “Davlat-xususiy sheriklik toʼgʼrisida»gi OʼRQ-537-son Qonuni, Vazirlar Mahkamasining 2020 yil 26 apreldagi “Davlat-xususiy sheriklik loyihalarini amalga oshirish tartibini takomillashtirish toʼgʼrisida”gi 259-sonli qaroriga asosan “CHUST EKO PARK” MCHJ tomonidan Namangan viloyati, Chust tumani, Kamarsada MFY “Mavlono Lutfullo” nomli madaniyat va istiroxat bog’ini davlat-xususiy sheriklik asosida rekonstruksiya qilish va foydalanish bo‘yicha tashabbus taklifi, shu jumladan loyiha kontseptsiyasi taqdim etilgan.

Mazkur loyiha doirasida Namangan viloyati, Chust tumani, Kamarsada MFYda joylashgan “Mavlono Lutfulloh” nomli madaniyat va istiroxat bog’ini rekonstruksiya qilish rejalashtirilgan.

Tenderda qatnashish uchun tadbirkorlar tomonidan qiziqish bildirish uchun soʼrov va tendr takliflarini 2022-yil 17–sentabr kuniga qadar Toshkent vaqti bilan 18.00 gacha topshirilishi kerak.

“DXSh toʼgʼrisida”gi Qonunning 17-moddasiga binoan, qiziqish bildirish uchun soʼrov va tender takliflari olingan taqdirda, Chust tumani hokimligi tomonidan loyihaning xususiy tashabusskori va qiziqish bildirgan uchinchi tomonlar ishtirokida xususiy sherikni aniqlash uchun tender oʼtkaziladi.

[:ru]В соответствии с Законом Республики Узбекистан за № ЗРУ-537 от 10 мая 2019 года «О государственно-частном партнерстве», Постановлением Кабинета Министров Республики Узбекистан от 26 апреля 2020 года № 259 «О совершенствовании порядка реализации проектов государственно-частного партнерства», частные предприятия “CHUST EKO PARK” OOO представило инициативное предложение по реконструкции и эксплуатации на основе государственно-частного партнерства, включая концепцию проекта парк культура и отдыха имени «Мавлоно Лутфуллоҳ» расположенного по адресу  Камарсада махалла, Чустский район, Наманганская область.

В рамках данного проекта в парк культура и отдыха, расположенном по адресу: Наманганская область, Чустский район запланированы реконструкция парк культура и отдыха.

Запрос на выражение заинтересованности претендентов в участии в тендере и тендерное предложение необходимо подать до 17 сентября 2022 года до 18.00 по ташкентскому времени.
