[:en]The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan plans to implement a project on the creation of a rehabilitation center on the basis of the buildings of the 4th department of the regional specialized children’s sanatorium, located in the village «Okhalik» of the Samarkand district of the Samarkand region on the basis of a public-private partnership (hereinafter referred to as the Project), initiated by the GARDEN GOLD 001 LLC.

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan asks all interested parties to submit a proposal to communicate their interest in the implementation of the Project. The private partner will benefit from the growing market in the country and will have the opportunity to participate in one of the public-private partnership projects being implemented in the country.

The choice of a private partner for the Project is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On public-private partnership», Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 16, 2019 No. PP-4290 «On measures to develop public-private partnership in the field of health care», as well as Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 26, 2020 No.-259 «On improving the procedure for implementing public-private partnership projects.»

Companies are invited to submit a proposal to indicate their interest in the implementation of the Project. Proposals for notification of interest in the implementation of the project must be sent to the email address below by October 28, 2021, by filling out the table in the application.

Oʼzbekiston Respublikasi Sogʼliqni saqlash vazirligi barcha manfaatdor tomonlarni Loyihaning amalga oshirilishidan manfaatdorligi toʼgʼrisida maʼlum qilish taklifi taqdim etishlarini soʼraydi. Xususiy sherik mamlakatdagi oʼsib borayotgan bozordan manfaat koʼradi hamda mamlakatda amalga oshiriladigan davlat-xususiy sheriklik loyihalaridan birida ishtirok etish imkoniyatiga ega boʼladi.

Loyiha yuzasidan xususiy sherikni tanlash Oʼzbekiston Respublikasining “Davlat-xususiy sheriklik toʼgʼrisida”gi Qonuni, Oʼzbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining 2019 yil 16 apreldagi

PQ-4290-son “Sogʼliqni saqlash sohasida davlat-xususiy sheriklikni rivojlantirish chora-tadbirlari toʼgʼrisida”gi qarori hamda Oʼzbekiston Respublikasi Vazirlar Mahkamasining 2020 yil 26 apreldagi 259-son “Davlat-xususiy sheriklik loyihalarini amalga oshirish tartibini takomillashtirish toʼgʼrisida”gi qarori talablariga binoan amalga oshiriladi.

Kompaniyalar Loyihaning amalga oshirilishidan manfaatdorligi toʼgʼrisida maʼlum qilish taklifini taqdim etishlari soʼraladi. Loyihaning amalga oshirilishidan manfaatdorligi toʼgʼrisida maʼlum qilish taklifi ilovadagi jadvalni toʼldirilgan holda 2021 yilning 28 oktyabriga qadar quyidagi elektron pochta manziliga yuborilishi lozim.

Министерство здравоохранения Республики Узбекистан просит все заинтересованные стороны подать предложение, чтобы сообщить о заинтересованности в реализации Проекта. Частный партнер получит выгоду от растущего рынка в стране и получит возможность участвовать в одном из проектов государственно-частного партнерства, реализуемых в стране.

Выбор частного партнера для Проекта осуществляется в соответствии с требованиями Закона Республики Узбекистан «О государственно-частном партнерстве», Постановлением Президента Республики Узбекистан от 16 апреля 2019 года №ПП-4290 «О мерах по развитию государственно-частного партнерства в сфере здравоохранения», а также постановлением Кабинета Министров Республики Узбекистан от 26 апреля 2020 года №-259 «О совершенствовании порядка реализации проектов государственно-частного партнерства».

Компаниям предлагается подать предложение, чтобы сообщить о своей заинтересованности в реализации Проекта. Предложения по уведомлению о заинтересованности в реализации проекта необходимо направить на нижеуказанный адрес электронной почты до 28 октября 2021 года, заполнив таблицу в заявке.
