Proposal to inform other applicants about their interest in the implementation of the project of establishing not free roadside parking lots in the central 10 streets of Tashkent on the basis of public-private partnership
It is planned to implement the project of establishing not free roadside parking lots in the central 10 streets of Tashkent on the basis of public-private partnership by the Tashkent city transport department of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan, initiated by «KASY PARK» LLC.
Tashkent City Transport Department of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan requests all interested parties to submit a proposal to inform about their interest in the implementation of the Project. The private partner will benefit from the growing market and services provided in the country and will have the opportunity to participate in one of the public-private partnership projects implemented in the country.
The selection of a private partner for the project is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On Public-Private Partnership» and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 259 «On Improving the Procedure for the Implementation of Public-Private Partnership Projects» dated April 26, 2020.
Request form for expressions of interest
Companies are requested to submit a proposal to express their interest in the implementation of the Project. The offer to inform about the interest in the implementation of the project should be sent to the following e-mail addresses by August 3, 2021, with a brief description of the work to be carried out in terms of infrastructure development, filling out the attached table.

O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Transport vazirligi Toshkent shahar transport boshqarmasi “KASY PARK” MChJ tomonidan tashabbus qilingan Toshkent shahrining markaziy 10 ta ko‘chalarida pullik yo‘l bo‘yi avtoturargohlarini davlat-hususiy sheriklik asosida tashkil etish rejalashtirilmoqda.
O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Transport vazirligi Toshkent shahar transport boshqarmasi barcha manfaatdor tomonlarni Loyihaning amalga oshirilishidan manfaatdorligi to‘g‘risida ma’lum qilish taklifi taqdim etishlarini so‘raydi. Hususiy sherik mamlakatdagi o‘sib borayotgan bozordan va amalga oshirilgan xizmatlardan manfaat ko‘radi hamda mamlakatda amalga oshiriladigan davlat-hususiy sheriklik loyihalaridan birida ishtirok etish imkoniyatiga ega bo‘ladi.
Loyiha yuzasidan hususiy sherikni tanlash O‘zbekiston Respublikasining “Davlat-hususiy sheriklik to‘g‘risida”gi Qonuni hamda O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Vazirlar Mahkamasining 2020 yid 26 apreldagi 259-son “Davlat-hususiy sheriklik loyihalarini amalga oshirish tartibini takomillashtirish to‘g‘risida”gi qarori talablariga binoan amalga oshiriladi.

Kompaniyalar Loyihaning amalga oshirilishidan manfaatdorligi to‘g‘risida ma’lum qilish taklifini taqdim etishlari so‘raladi. Loyihaning amalga oshirilishidan manfaatdorligi to‘g‘risida ma’lum qilish taklifi infratuzilmani rivojlantirish borasida amalga oshiriladigan ishlar to‘g‘risida qisqacha tavsifi bilan ilovadagi jadvalni to‘ldirilgan holda 2021 yilning 3 avgustiga qadar quyidagi elektron pochta manziliga yuborilishi lozim.

Предложение довести до сведения других заявителей их заинтересованность в реализации данного проекта в связи с проектом создания платных придорожных автостоянок на центральных 10 улицах г.Ташкента на основе государственно-частного партнерства
Планируется организация платных придорожных парковок на основе государственно-частного партнерства на центральных 10 улицах г.Ташкента по инициативе Ташкентского городского управления транспорта Министерства транспорта Республики Узбекистан ООО «KASY PARK».
Ташкентское городское управление транспорта Министерства транспорта Республики Узбекистан просит все заинтересованные стороны представить предложение, чтобы сообщить о своей заинтересованности в реализации Проекта. Частный партнер выиграет от растущего рынка и услуг, предоставляемых в стране, и получит возможность участвовать в одном из проектов государственно-частного партнерства, реализуемых в стране.
Подбор частного партнера по проекту осуществляется в соответствии с требованиями Закона Республики Узбекистан «О государственно-частном партнерстве» и Постановления Кабинета Министров Республики Узбекистан от 26 апреля 2020 года. № 259 «О совершенствовании порядка реализации проектов государственно-частного партнерства».
Форма запроса на выражение заинтересованности;
Компаниям предлагается представить предложение, чтобы выразить свою заинтересованность в реализации Проекта. Предложение сообщить о заинтересованности в реализации проекта необходимо направить на следующий адрес электронной почты до 3 августа 2021 года с кратким описанием работ, которые необходимо провести в части развития инфраструктуры, заполнив приложенное стол.
