With the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Public-Private Partnership Development Agency, together with the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Committee for roads under the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan, is implementing the PPP project “Construction of the Tashkent-Samarkand highway road”.
The implementation of this PPP project is provided for in paragraph 2 of II-Chapter of Annex No.7 to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the further reforms to create conditions for stable economic growth by improving the business environment and private sector development” №.UP-101 dated April 8, 2022.
Preliminary Feasibility Study (Pre-FS) of this project was developed with the support of the EBRD in July 2021. In order to develop the final bankable Feasibility Study (FS) of the project, a Tender is being held among consulting companies, the corresponding announcement of which was posted on the EBRD website. Mazkur loyihaning Dastlabki texnik-iqtisodiy asoslash hujjati (DTIA) YeTTB ko‘magida 2021 yil iyul oyida ishlab chiqilgan bo‘lib, loyihaning yakuniy Texnik-iqtisodiy asoslash (TIA) hujjatini ishlab chiqish maqsadida konsalting kompaniyalari o‘rtasida tender o‘tkazilmoqda, hamda bu bo‘yicha tegishli ye’lon YeTTB veb-saytida joylashtirilgan. Loyihaning TIA hujjatini ishlab chiqish uchun tashkil etilgan tenderda ishtirok etish istagida bo‘lgan konsalting kompaniyalar tegishli Texnik topshiriq shartlarini maxsus veb-saytda ro‘yxatdan o‘tish orqali yuklab olishlari mumkin, hamda ularning tafsilotlari ilova qilingan hujjatda tasvirlangan. Как известно, при поддержке Европейского банка реконструкции и развития (ЕБРР) Агентством по развитию государственно-частного партнерства совместно с Министерством Транспорта Республики Узбекистан и Комитетом по автомобильным дорогам при Министерстве Транспорта Республики Узбекистан осуществляется реализация проекта ГЧП “Строительства автодороги Ташкент-Самарканд”.
Реализация данного проекта ГЧП предусмотрено в пункте 2 главы второй Приложения №7 к Указу Президента Республики Узбекистан “Об очередных реформах по созданию условий для стабильного экономического роста путем улучшения предпринимательской среды и развития частного сектора” от 8 апреля 2022 года №УП-101.
Предварительное Технико-экономическое обоснование (ПTЭO) данного проекта было разработано при поддержке EБРР в июле 2021 года. В целях разработки окончательного ТЭО проекта проводится тендер среди консалтинговых компаний, соответствующее объявление по которому было размещено на веб-сайте ЕБРР.
